Flopsy Bunny

I tried my hand at knitting a bunny this last week. And here are the results. I showed it to Jerry, and we both burst out laughing. George likes it though. He thinks it'll be "perfect for baby sister." Here are a few pictures of George practicing being a big brother with Flopsy Bunny.

Forbidden Fruit

We had a funny moment during church this Sunday. George was being a good kiddo, sitting very quietly looking at a book. He has a number of different ones he looks through during the church service: Stories Jesus Told, The Dragon and the Garden, In the Time of Noah, and a general Bible story book. Anyway, all of a sudden he starts, very quietly, to pretend feeding me. Since he was being so good I obliged and pretended to nibble. Little did I know George was feeding me fruit off the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil! I guess he thought he'd see if Momma would take the fruit like Eve. Just shows you've got to be on your toes with a two year old!

Its a....

Girl! I have lots of pictures to fill everyone in on from our Michigan vacation. But we had tell that we are having a girl come December. She was a cutie in the ultrasound, clapping, yawning, tumbling, crossing and uncrossing her ankles. It was delightful to see her. George says, "Momma is growing me a little sister." We are thrilled!
